1.1 Google User Data (When Using Google Sign-In)

When you choose to sign in with Google, we access and collect the following information from your Google account:

• Google Drive File Access: Access to media files in your Google Drive for playback purposes

The App may locally store the following information on your device:

• Media server connection settings (Emby/Jellyfin server URLs and credentials)
• Playback preferences and settings (local storage only)
• Watch history and progress

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Google User Data Usage

We use your Google user data for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App
• User Experience: To personalize your experience by displaying your name and profile picture
• Media Playback: To access and play video files from your Google Drive

2.2 Application Data Usage

Your application data is used to:

• Provide media streaming and playback functionality
• Save and sync your viewing progress and preference settings

3. How We Store Your Information

3.1 Local Storage Principle

We do not operate any servers to store your personal data. All application data is stored locally on your device.

3.2 Google Sign-In Data Processing

When you use Google Sign-In:

• Authentication occurs directly between your device and Google's servers
• We only store necessary authentication tokens locally on your device
• These tokens are used solely to maintain your sign-in status and are not transmitted to any third-party servers

3.3 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

• Your watch history, playback progress, and media server connection settings will be synced through Apple iCloud services
• Playback preferences and settings are stored only locally on your device and will not be synced via iCloud
• Synced data will be stored on Apple's iCloud servers
• Data transmission and storage follow Apple's privacy policy and security standards
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share specific information
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users
• Apple iCloud Service: When you enable iCloud sync, your app data will be shared with Apple iCloud services, subject to Apple's privacy policy

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We commit to:

• Using Google user data only for the purposes disclosed in this privacy policy
• Not transferring Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features
• Not using Google user data for serving advertisements
• Not allowing humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

6.3 Media Server Connection

• The App connects to your configured Emby/Jellyfin servers
• Connection information (server addresses, credentials) is stored locally on your device and can be synced via iCloud
• We do not participate in data transmission between you and your media servers

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

• Secure authentication protocols for Google Sign-In
• Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• Access: You can view app data stored locally on your device at any time
• Correction: You can modify your settings and preferences within the app
• Deletion: You can completely delete all locally stored data by deleting the app
• Revoke Access: You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings
• Sync Control: You can enable or disable iCloud sync functionality at any time

9. Data Retention

Since all data is primarily stored locally on your device:

• Playback preferences and settings will remain on your device until you delete the app or manually clear the data
• Watch history, playback progress, and server connection settings synced via iCloud will be managed according to your iCloud settings and Apple's retention policies
• Google authentication tokens will be deleted when you sign out

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Notify users through the App or via email if we have your contact information
• Provide you with the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect

12. International Data Transfers

Unless you choose to use iCloud sync functionality, your data does not leave your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data may be transferred to Apple data centers in other countries as required for Apple iCloud service operations. Such transfers are managed by Apple and subject to their privacy policy.
