Rules of Use

Pricing

Lenna's core features, such as media player and file management, are completely free. We also offer Lenna Pro edition, designed to meet the needs of professional users for more customization options while maintaining our development efforts.

Service Availability

When you use the same Apple ID on multiple devices, please follow the device limitations mentioned in the official "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions" document.

We reserve the right to address serious violations of these terms, including but not limited to removal of unlocked content.

Cloud Service

We do not provide content for cloud services, nor do we provide media streaming services. Cloud services (such as drives, Emby/Jellyfin) are all implemented using their open APIs. Please check their terms before using them.

Refund Policy

We are sorry to hear that you want to request a refund. However, developers are not responsible for refunds. You are encouraged to contact the Apple Support Team directly. Some information can be found here.
